SHAPING ON BELT SANDER

The smaller sections of the blade are shaped on a one inch by forty two inch belt sander using 120x grit aluminum oxide or 120x grit Blue Zirconia sharpening belts and dipping the blade in water often to keep it from getting too hot thus destroying the temper.
